Subscription fees for Showcase CV vary by country. Prices will be shown clearly on the website, and we’ll always inform you if there are any changes to your plan. By signing up, you agree to the price as indicated during the registration process. Here’s a breakdown of the pricing for different plans:

By subscribing to one of Showcase CV’s membership plans, you grant Showcase CV permission to charge your payment card for the trial fee, and subsequently the recurring subscription fee if you decide to continue. After your account is created, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided, outlining your billing details. When you start a trial, you’ll be able to explore the services at a reduced price or for a limited time. Be sure to check the trial terms carefully. When the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Showcase CV will send you a reminder either seven days before your trial ends, or right after your purchase if your trial is shorter than seven days, so you have the option to cancel if you wish. Trial offers are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in denial of access or termination of service. This reminder will include the trial expiration date, your invoice, and a copy of these Terms of Use. By subscribing, you consent to having your payment method automatically charged once the trial period ends, without requiring further approval. It is your responsibility to ensure your email account can accept confirmation and reminder messages. If you do not receive them, please contact our Customer Support Centre.

3. Payments & Billing

Upon subscribing, we will charge you automatically using the payment details you provided. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, and your payment will be processed securely. If a payment is declined, we will try again to process it, and if unsuccessful, your access to the service may be temporarily suspended until the payment is resolved. You’re responsible for any taxes or fees that might apply to your subscription.

Payments are automatically charged to the payment method you provide. Your billing cycle will follow the subscription plan selected at the time of sign-up. Confirmation emails and invoices will be sent to you electronically. If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the transaction, which could adjust your billing date. You are responsible for all unpaid charges until your subscription is canceled. Showcase CV reserves the right to apply discounts to subscription plans at its discretion and without prior notice.

All transactions are securely encrypted and may be handled by third-party providers (Payment Processors or Acquirers). Their terms and conditions also apply. Showcase CV is not responsible for the actions or conduct of these third parties.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel, and we’re here to help. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to reach out to support if you feel you’re entitled to one. Refunds are not issued on a prorated basis. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of your billing period after cancellation. Showcase CV reserves the right to modify its Billing Terms at any time by posting the updated fees on the Service. By continuing to use the Site or purchasing a Membership after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
